CBSE class 10, 12 Term 2 exam pattern: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a notice against the fake news regarding exam pattern changes in CBSE class 10 and 12 Term 2 board exams 2021-22. The CBSE has clarified that no new changes to the CBSE Term 2 exams and, the board will follow the pattern released on July 5, 2021. “It has been noticed that a few online media platforms are circulating incorrect information and confusing audiences, using expressions such as Breaking News about major exam pattern changes in Class 10 and 12, Term 2 Board exams,” as per the latest CBSE circular.
CBSE class 10, 12 Term 2 exam pattern
The CBSE clarified that “The Board had announced the changes in exam pattern (mentioned in circular number 51, dated 5th July 2021). Term 1 exams have already been completed and the format of exams for Term 2 is also mentioned in the same circular.” Students and parents should visit the official website (cbse.gov.in) for the latest updates. This is not the first time that the CBSE has issued a notice against fake and misleading news.
The CBSE has warned students on December 14 against bogus news suggesting that the board would award up to six grace marks due to an error in the CBSE Class 12 accountancy exam held on December 13. On September 9, the CBSE has also clarified against the rumor the board is sending question papers for classes 9 and 11 to schools is fake.
CBSE class 10, 12 Term 2 exam Dates
CBSE Term 2 board exams will be held in March-April 2022. The exam dates for class 12, 10 Term 2 will be released soon on the official website – cbse.nic.in. The CBSE board syllabus 2021-22 for each subject of classes 10 and 12 will be available for download on the official website, CBSE academic.nic.in. The CBSE class 10, 12 Term 2 question paper will be available in different formats such as case-based/situation-based, open-ended-short answers/ long answer type. Term 2 will be of 2 hours duration. The board had also informed students that it will organize CBSE Term 2 exams based on the rationalized syllabus of Term 2 only.
CBSE Class 12 Sample papers 2022
The sample papers of CBSE class 12 for all subjects are based on MCQ and are designed according to the latest examination and assessment schemes and marking schemes for all subjects. This grading scheme enables students to understand the distribution of marks for each subject and prepare effectively.
CBSE is responsible for the implementation of a special evaluation scheme for the 10th and 12th grades. The academic session is divided into two semesters, each covering a maximum of 50% of the curriculum.
