• स्टेशन कंट्रोलर/ट्रेन ऑपरेटर (एससी/टीओ) – सरकार से मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान से मैकेनिकल/इलेक्ट्रिकल/कंप्यूटर साइंस या इलेक्ट्रॉनिक डिसिप्लिन में इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा.
• कस्टमर रिलेशन असिस्टेंट (सीआरए) – सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय / संस्थान से भौतिकी, रसायन विज्ञान, गणित विषय में साइंस ग्रेजुएट.
• जूनियर इंजीनियर (जेई) – सरकार से मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय / संस्थान से मैकेनिकल / इलेक्ट्रिकल / इलेक्ट्रॉनिक में इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा.
• मेंटेनर – एसएसएलसी के साथ सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय / संस्थान से फिटर / इलेक्ट्रीशियन / इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स में आईटीआई (दो साल) पास.
